- I assume you do some research beyond just looking at WHOIS emails? Do you use some standard tools like Domainero or Estibot, or do some manual google/linkedin lookups?

- Do you provide these leads for only .com/net/org tld's? or do you also look at some gTLDs and ccTLD (for instance .co.za or .co.uk?)

I do indeed draw information from multiple sources, lead generation tools and from public placements.
I provide leads for ANY tld, and if i am unable to provide leads i will of course notify and offer alternative leads for a different domain.
