all my new sites are getting indexed without the www.

i had this issue, i used google to fix it, log in to google webmasters, verify ownership of the site, and then go to the settings section, you can verify there if you want the site indexed as www. or not, hope that helps.

Do a 301 redirect from the non-www URLs to the www ones. I can set this up for you if you need me to. PM me.

You can use .htaccess:

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} =on
RewriteRule .* https://www.%{SERVER_NAME}%{REQUEST_URI} [R,L]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^yoursite\.com
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on
RewriteRule .* http://www.%{SERVER_NAME}%{REQUEST_URI} [R,L]

Or just have your canonical meta tags refer to the www version. Most people like getting rid of the www though.
