Need few Web 2.0 graphics free

Hey everyone!

I am trying to embrace the new Web 2.0. However I am not the best graphics designer. So I need 3 images cleared up and I need a logo designed.

So the three images I need cleared up a little are in the following style (I will send you the PSD files):

I have three of the above in three different colours.

The logo I need designed is something a bit like this:

Just a bit tidier.
