my mind is not functioning today--or what I want to do is impossible

i have a thumb

everybody has seen mouse overs to a second thumb or to information change or color change--

what I am wanting to do is code in a mouse over that will open either a box or another page


i soo nee it today because im rushing a deadline

Wait, you need a javascript ROLLOVER to create a new browser window then load a page in it ON ROLLOVER?

Why would you want that? You want a whole new window to popup? Most people wont like that and will never come back.
