Need Directory Submission Dude that can write unique descriptions

Hi i need someone that is able to manually submit to about 1000 PR directories, one website and all their subsites (about 70 sites).
He or she needs to be able to write a unique suiting descriptions and title for each of the sites. no spam.
The submission wont be done all in one go. maybe 20 a day.

I am still looking, have almost hired someone but all he did was copying and pasting titles and descriptions from the internet.
need someone not trying to cheat me.
