I own many domains with great potential development. Am looking for joint venture/partner to develop one or more. Need to have proven track record in development and skills for creating income generated websites.

travelbud.com - travel review site. People can review different hotels they stayed at... could maybe even work with a forum

eTeen.com - Forum where teens can talk about things they talk about when they hit puberty :P Monetize it with ads for teen products.

GameAccess.com -Gaming blog where you review games, gaming news. Or a online gaming arcade.

bahamasislands.com - bahamas info site with affiliate banners and scripts for booking hotels and flights.
