Need cWhois script installation

I bought cWhois domain cart and cWhois script. Now, looking for someone to install both as below.

(1) Install cWhois domain cart on “Check Availability” page only to check domain availability once on all supported ext. similar to below page:

I need a small modification on check availability “Result” page that when someone checked the availability of domain ext, on the result page, need a link to the details page of the ext. as “Check Requirement” if the domain is available.

Example: Someone checking availability for onlinepoker
Onlinepoker.ac - Registered
Onlinepoker.ad - Registered
Onlinepoker.ae – Available Check Requirement
Onlinepoker.af – Available Check Requirement
Onlinepoker.ag - Registered
Onlinepoker.ai – Available Check Requirement

The “Check Requirement” link to related ext page. I have all ext. detail pages.


(2) Install cWhois script on “Whois” page.
