Pay per click range between .99 to $2 or more paid to affiliate depending on keyword used. Visit the forum for more information and top 10 keywords.
Netstumble.com also pays 1k search result for $1.5 on selected affiliate only. The affiliates must apply for this CPM beta.

Adsense EFT is Electionic Fund Transfer, in your adsense account you can now add a bank account to it, they will first make a small deposit to verify your account. Once you verify it (took around 9 days for the verification funds to show up in my account) you will be able to select EFT instead of check to recieve your payout.
