Need buying advice on a domain (from medicine)...

So I found this available .com domain, 15 characters.

Makes a lot of sense from a medical patient's point of view, and estibot values it at 220 USD undeveloped.

So my question is: should I buy and sell it?

Basically, is estibot reliable enough that I will be getting some (if any) profit?

Except, if it's absolutely worthless.

So, as a rephrased version, my question would be: Could a domain that looks sensible (very) and is valued at 220 usd by estibot turn out to be absolutely worthless?

Gah...I suppose it *could*. But I'm pretty sure this one isn't.

Then go with your instinct, reg it for under ten dollars, put a mini-site on it, list it at sedo and see what happens.
