Need Banners made--will trade ad space

I need 3 or 4 simple ad banners made for some of my sites. I don't need anything to complex but I would like something catchy and decent looking.

In return I will give you tons of free ad space for the next 12 months on a few different sites...

I am also looking for someone who knows how to configure the cash mod for phpbb. I have it installed and working. It just needs to be set up, currencies etc... I just don't have the time. I will trade the same.. free ad space...
