Wanted - Adminds and Mods

I am looking for a couple people to mod and admin a couple sites for me. This is a free position but as an incentive I am offering a percentage of sales for certain product forums being modded....

This does have potential. I will also offer ad sharing for adds in certain forums etc...


For one forum I really need someone who is into graphics and who knows phpbb. This is for www.gfxwired.com --

The other mod is for www.talkandmore.net and I need someone who knows vb and how to place banners etc. You will make money doing this and really it is up to you if you want to make a decent amount. This site has had days with sales of over $600 in one day...

I have been thinking of other ways to motivate people. I thought of another incentive.....

I would possibly be able to offer free hosting to a couple people. By free hosting I mean maybe 1 site. Also, this has to be with in reason because I have limited resources. I can possibly host a couple small sized sites in addition to ad revenue sharing etc.,...

I really do need some help and I expect noone to work for free but I just cannot afford to hire right now...

Everything is still open and I am sorry if I have not gotten back to some of the pms...

If anyone is interested please, first thing you have to do is reg on the site and post a little etc.... get to know how it works etc...

After a couple weeks or less even you can pick a few of the mechandise forums and you can basically do what you want. These forums are fed automatically with rss feeds. You can add sticky posts with product sales etc.... what ever you wish. Each mod will get their own associates number so we can keep track of sales.... You will get 50% of all product sales sold under your number...\

In addition I will split intake from the google adds between all the mods if mods are doing there jobs. Their job will really be to get topics going etc... I am not really looking for major rule enforcement. I am looking for people who can help me get discussions going and who can help me with some other minor tech stuff....

The site is currently bringing in about $60 per month in adds but this does fluctuate....... When the site was at it's prime it was doing close to $200 in adds with a top out of over $300 so you could stand to make some money if you are willing to help out...

The first thing though is reg on the site and start posting a bit... You can pm me on the site and let me know you are applying for the mod positions...

The one final thing I have to say that I forgot to mention is that mods and admins are not allowed to click on any of the adds...
