domain need appraisial and advice

there are sites at avdpro.net and avd-pro.com
they look pretty big but I dont really know because they are from spain and china.
I have avdpro.com
So if they decide they want it how much should I start the bidding at?
I contacted the whois on both of them earlier today.

$250 - $375+ at the End user level, perhaps more depending on translation, further review, and subsequent determination of relevant content, traffic, usefulness to the suitor, IMHO.
