First off i don't see any value in any of them, none of them mean anything. For a LLLL.com to be of value (or decent value) try and register ones that A) are pronouncable and/or B) company acronyms. If you can get one that is a company acronym and pronouncable that holds good value.

I think like Sin. It seems to me that the 4-letter acronyms you have are not popular at all and hardly pronouncable. I think there are better LLLL names still available. Therefore I would say reg fee right now.
