An appraisal is in monetary terms, and I just cannot see a value, that I would place $ sign in fromt of.

Not a product/ service/not a term used or that anyone would want to buy for a purpose.

I actually quite like this one as I do think there is a market out there for people who want to make nice desserts/cakes but don't want the hassle of baking (think rocky road or fridge bakes). However, i think as straight re-seller to another domainer it has little value as above. I would develop it yourself or put the hard yards in to find an end user who might be setting up a busines/website on the subject

i do keep hearing more about it on the tv and when you go into a bookshop etc... so maybe - don't take my word for it as not properly researched it but does seem to be something you hear a bit about these days
