Searches and clicks might be decent but you'd be battling with a large number of recipe websites that have thousands of recipes on their pages linking back and forth with each other. They often have brand awareness and social media backing.

I agree. I think this one is worth $0. Even in the .com it would be a hard sell.

I have to agree, looking at the first page of the search results tells me that is a nut someone is not going to be able to crack easily, if at all.

A potential buyer, those looking for exact match domain names would see the same thing and just move on. Or they would just register the plural (pizza dough recipes) in the dot net which is available.

valuate a domain its a very hard and tricky thing , anyway you can add the plural or hyphens & you will still get the same cpc and searches result at Google and the domain still has the keywords !
when i'm going to valuate the first factors to consider is :
-Domain lenght
-Number of words
-Commercial value of the words
-Domain extension
those are the real factors trust me ! there is a lot of other factors but not important as these ones ( domain age, search results...) !!

Thanks Guys. I will chalk this up to a learning experience. I would rather you guys be honest with me. THis is the only way im going to get better at this.
