domain Need appraisal for two domain names - ThemeSherpa.com

Hi everyone! I have a hand registered domain: ThemeSherpa.com

It seemed to me like a good / brandable name for a company offering WordPress themes. "Theme" directly relates to the target industry while "Sherpa" is a good keyword and...kind of represents a guide or leader.

I would love to know:

1. If you think this name is saleable?
2. What according to you should be the selling price?
3. How should I market it?

The word "Sherpa"...renowned for their skill in mountaineering. I don't love it, but take offers. The other one is super tough, IMO

I am sorry to say that it is hard to sell both.

the question How should I market them should be asked before you buy them.

at the end I advice you to list them in a low price or to drop them ( do not let them waste ur time)

I want to keep the second one but I can list the first one for a low price...but not sure what exactly that "low price" should be. Can it be in XXX? Sorry, I am totally inexperienced in this.
