seems like a pretty cool site, and you get some decent traffic.
Not too many people use the forum with just Total posts: 1242
But it looks to be growing nicely. . .
You do need to watch out : template 2 had serious TM issues I would think. . .
I think the site would be worth a lot more if you had more templates and charged for some of them. .
I'd say right now maybe mid x,xxx including site and all that goes with it. which might even be low, interested in other opinions!
