Need advice on "tell a friend"

Hi,

I have not yet started my PHP learning and I need an advice.

I would like a simple form like the following:

Your name:
Your e-mail:
Friend #1 e-mail:
Friend #2 e-mail:
Friend #3 e-mail:
Message:

And when the person fills it out and submits it a pre-maid e-mail will be sent telling the friends about the site.

How is the best way to do this? The form I know how to do in HTML but not the rest.

If you gave some URL for me it would be great, thanks!

I tried it, yes! That is what I need. But can I:

1. Add a message box?
2. Write the E-mail as an HTML e-mail with loggo etc?
