Need Advice on Domain Policies

I have above mentioned domain with me for last few years. I have not able to figure out how to use this domain. Please advice.

Not sure if this post belongs in the appraisal section..

The usage seems clear to me.

Either

A) Develop a site outlining all of ICANN's terms, common registrar TOS, common parking TOS. Implement a blog, become an expert on domain name policies.

B) Sell to someone who wants to do A.

C) Renew it until domains are obsolete

Nicedomains - Thanks for the suggestions. No I am not looking for any domain appraisal just gaudiness.

Your suggestions definitely give me direction to develop this domain.
