I have been getting a few emails from advertising firms and schools wanting to advertise on my sites. However, my domains are all parked, so I cannot run their ads. I basically have been parking them until they sell.
It appears that I may be missing some opportunity for really good income. I am thinking about developing some domains for running ads from ad agencies and direct advertisers. I am looking for advice - and perhaps some help - from the right person(s).
I need the following things:
1. I would like to find info on negotiating rates with these advertisers. Mostly what they (or their competitors) are paying elsewhere, what the market will bear, etc.
2. I will need a script that will enable me to track clicks for billing advertisers and a billing system to go with it.
4. I also need a good web developer, too.
I would like to build a few sites similar in features to:

http://www.gamblingplanet.org/ (I own several good casino and gambling names)

Can you recommend people for these tasks that you have employed and been very satisfied with their work?
I know I made it sound like I have no skills to contribute, but I do have a Masters Degree in International Management, so I have lots of business and marketing skills to bring to the table. I am also an excellent writer and copywriter. And I am a skilled Photoshop user - somewhere between intermediate and expert.
I have a very limited budget. I already have the domain names. I can pony up hosting fees, but little more at this time. If I find the right person(s), I am willing to share revenue from this venture, which I believe could be quite lucrative. (Terms will be negotiated in writing.)
Any advice about tackling this kind of venture as well as recommendations of skilled people todoweb site creation and scripting will be highly appreciated.

I have a package of 114 scripts, which may contain some appropriate pieces that I need. However, when I looked at their index.html pages, I was disappointed to see lots of misspelled words and poor grammar. I want to do a totally professional job of this. I can probably fix those with Dreamweaver.
3. I have NO SKILL at installing and managing scripts. So I'll need someone to do that for me.

I used to hand code sites back in 1995 - 1998, but that was way before the current W3C standards. We did not have such things as CSS, RSS, etc., back then. I have done little coding since then and my Dreamweaver skills are very basic.
