Hi, i am willing to do pretty cheap advertising for only $10-$25 depending on how big orders i get.
I will submit your site, sites or forums or what you have to all kind of stuff based on your budget.
The things i can submit to:
Directorys (Free One's / Have lists myself), Directorys (Paid Listings / Sponsored listings), search engine submissions, backlink building (Looking for sites to put links on / with PR) and also get you the cheapest posible impressions/paid emails as posible.

Lets say you have a budget of $200 for advertising, then i would want $15 or something like that.
If you have a budget of $100 for advertising, i would want $10.
