Need a site designed.

Guys,

I am not having any luck with any replies or interest in doing a site for me in the developers for hire so I thought that maybe I have the thread in the wrong place. So here goes in the DEVELOPERS WANTED FORUM

I'm looking for a designer to assist with building a site similar to the following site

www.fleetdealsaustralia.com.au

Basically here are the requirements.

1)I only want a few pages, not as many as the above site.

2)It will be used to get our point across and simply to get the end user to click on an enquiry form and fill it in.

3)The form will be sent to two emails via the server once the formed is filled in.

4) The website will need to be uploaded to the web.

5) Most importantly is must be well designed for SEO.

6) Must be designed so as we can have access to it to make changes to the site ourselves.

7) I will need the site designed within a short period of time, say 4 weeks. I only say this cause our previous designers took forever

8) I want you to give us one month from uploading to be able to make adjustments to the site if required at no charge.

9) Please tell how much you will charge upfront.

It is an auto site and the template will be used for two other sites we will just change the product name.

People, great response to our thread, we are working through all the responses and reviewing your work etc.
