I need www.videogamechat.net appraised please. It runs on a cms which costs $120 (has expired but u can still use it, or you can get another year for just $26 i believe). It would also come with original design PSD's (havent finished the skinning), all content, the forum and its posts with the unlimimted invision 2 trial and of course the domain name. So absolutely everything. It earns no revenue as an ad has never been placed on it. Im looking to sell so quick appraisals would be nice. Its indexed very well on google and its predicted pr is 4 with the next update. So far this month its gotten about 250 unique visitors.. before this month it got alot more hits (have only just got AW stats installed so can only give u this months data for that, but can show webalizer data o request).
