Hi

I am thinking of selling RateMySite.net ( http://www.ratemysite.net ). It is fully developed, powered by phpnuke. Its not like those other 5000 rating sites (Ratemyboobs, ratemypoo etc lol), at the site you can rate sites between 1 - 5, and also leave a review of the site. There are currently over 750 sites in the database (there are alot of new ones every day) and over 1000 members. It has only been open for like.. a month!! (infact, less than a month, it was registered about a month ago but it took me a while to get it up).
It also already has an Alexa ranking of 292,763. I get confused with webalizer statistics, but the daily average>visits is 454.
So... any appraisals?
Thanks very much!

Nice colors and very clear site.

Has a lot of potential, it should do well in your "niche" market!

resale end-user = $1k-2.5k

Nice work!
A developed site is generally worth more then a domain name in the raw!

Members, traffic & revenue all play their role here in valuation!

$700+ now.. more as traffic/revenue increases!

Goodluck!

* might list that one on eBay!

Yes I realize that, but I personally won't be telling the world about it and if I see people talking about it on nova, it will be deleted.. I know its impossible to keep it a 'secret' but I can try my best to :p

oh ok, really off topic but I heard you were selling popups/unders on Nova.. if I were to get one would I just need a small ad and you could do the coding.. or would I need to do the coding?

I'm not sure what you mean? We are basically having whole sites popped up.. like you give a URL and it will be put on random to be popped up(under).

Wow... nice prices :) I'm from Nova but I won't mention this anywhere else. Keeping things quiet is always fun :D

As a "developed" website, with existing traffic ... $350 - $475+, IMHO. It looks like a pretty cool Board, unsure how you hid this one from me. :)
Pretending it's not developed as it is currently, and appraised as a domain NAME ONLY ... $35 - $47.50, IMHO. I'd probably look to the .COM ownership as a "best bet" under such a scenario.
Best of Luck!
