Need a simple PHP or ASP Coder (Not sure cause I'm not a coder!)

Well my other project is still ongoing, I need a new coder for another small project. Here are the details of the project:

1. Wildcard Subdomains
I want wildcard subdomains enabled (I will do the required stuff from my domain registrar)

2. There should be two types of registration:

* ZIP Registration = A sub-domain (they can choose whichever one they want according to availability) will be created for the user BUT it will be deleted after 30 days (No E-Mail verification)
* Registered Registration = User needs to verify their E-Mail Address (simple as that!)


3.Registration Forms:

**The username cannot contain any special characters (maximum of 15) except a space

ZIP REGISTRATION:
Username: _________________

REGISTERED REGISTRATION:
Username: _________________
E-Mail Address: ___________________
Avatar/Photo URL: ___________________
66 Blogs Username (Explained later): ______________

There should be an image captcha to prevent spam (for ZIP and Registered Registrations) and if they choose to become a member, E-Mail Verification is required.

4. Sub-Domain Info:

If the username has a space in it, make it a - for the sub-domain. Now when the sub-domain is created, I want the script to generate a Google Logo and display it as well as a Google Search Box.

Now I want the script to create modified in a few extra places, but I will discuss that with my coder.
