Need a script as soon as possible!!!!!

ok so i have someone making my site design but i need a script which will allow customers to enter there sizes and it will give them a quote, i need a function to allow more than one item, so they get a full quotation at the end.

it is for a window company, and therefore there is alot of different sizes and alot of different prices.

I have all the price matrices, a totall of 20, so its a big script.

If anyone is willing or can help, please post or pm me your bids, i am after this really urgent, if you need any more information, let me know.
