I need a few banner design! Designers wanted!

I need a few banner design in different sizes, please read on below for more info...

One regular and leaderboard banner, it will have the same design just different sizes: 468x60 and 728x90

One button image: 50x50

Four thumbnails type image: 120x80

All images are static.

I want to see previous work you have done in the past, portfolio etc. I would appreciate it if you can give me a quote as well.
