Need a Logo For the Top of new forum

I need a logo for the top of my forum www.rewarder.co.uk

I think its a gif file, but no matter what i do qualitity looks horrible, if anyone could create a logo or tell me how to make one that looks good and not poor qualitity

well im not to bad at doing logos, i did phonecompare.co.uk logo on there, but just on here, qualitity looks crap and i don't know why or what to do in photoshop to change it
