Need a little help

I designed this site www.actionfx.net/freeman , but I cannot figure out for the world why im getting this off centered issue.

If you goto it, you will notice how it is offset from the navigation. Hit refresh and it centers itself. If you goto a different page then its offset again.

What do you think?

I think you're worried about the hub caps and forgot to put in an engine or transmission.

(put the flash in a table)
but I wouldn't worry about it, no one will find it, and the 56ker's won't wait for it to load.
Do something about the seo.

If you just have to use the flash don't do your menu in it (what are the search engines suppose to follow)?

This isnt exactly the search engine wanted site. Secondly its what the customer wants.

It's in a table now it wasn't – I downloaded it and analysed it.

you don't want me to post the stats - I will sent the analysis reports to him if he asks for them.

I know that to 99% of the designers and the flash freaks design means "looks". But design starts with goals and objectives.

I just don't believe you should tell someone great based on the look, when you should know that 60 % of the internet users in the US use a 56K or slower modem, europe and third world counties are in worst shape. If the page has a 19 second load time 70% will leave before the page loads.

I don't believe designers should have to resort to techniques like spamming meta tags, in hopes of showing up at all on the search engines. And in most causes actually cause the site to be penalized and what's worst other sites that are linked to it may share the pain "bad neighbor rule".

A website is a big investment for a small business. There are many unscrupulous “designers” that will just throw up something pretty, take the money and run. Instead of helping the client develop goals and objects, examining the competition, statistics and helping them to develop an online marketing strategy.

What the client wants is a successful online business, because of his limited knowledgebase he believes that looks is the way to acheive it. "a if that's what they want that's what they get", attitude can cost them thousands. Hey but that's what they want right. Funny someone wrote an article on that -

Designers should first take a course on ethics before they're allowed to design.
