Need a good polling script

There seem to be dozens of free polling scripts out there but I am wondering if anyone has already done some research.

I'd like some nice graphs and stats for the voters to see after they answer. Non-mysql is a must and use of cookies to slow down fraud repeat voting.

there are a bunch out there that use flat file...
