$25 PER directory if you will be including a link back to this site in the footer of your directory
$75 PER directory if you will not be linking back

yea,phpld is very good,but i couldn't installed it coz the php version on my hosting is 5.04 and this one(http://www.esyndicat.com/) is good as well.
