Need A Custom Template For $5-$10
Hi all,
I need a custom template. Im paying $5 to $10 if its good. Im a newbie to webdesign so just bear with me through this post. The template would be for a site providing financial articals.
I would like the color to match this banner which would be the top.
Now I would like the template to be the default website weight and height. The banner on top isnt big enought but maybe you can do something to still look nice. I also included a layout for the site. The layout is below.

It is also important that it will as easy as possible for me build this site.
