I do not think the .us extension is ready for a 4 character buyout at this time. Hugz and kizz are cute but I would be hard to say they are worth more than reg fee at this time. I would reconsider renewing these if there is no llll.us movement by the time renewal comes up.

Thanks for the thoughts. I have been starting to see high 4 character .us auctions, just wanted to see if they are worth in other peoples opinions. I know they will be worth a lot eventually so I will hold on to them til that happens.

I would say they would give you a good idea of the value of 4 char .us.

I just do not see US as being a good 4L domain category at this time.US is good if it is specific to US, industries or good key words right now.These domains IMHO are many years off(if ever).Hugz is decent if you have a plan for it,other than that I would recommend staying away from theses types of US regs.GL

DNJournal.com reported that Apex.us sold for $5,000

I also want to point out that NameBio.com has a recorded sale of bldg.us was successfully sold back in 2006 for $125

These obviously are already carrying worth.

Here's something to think about. If btns.com is worth $600 and the .net version is worth 10% of that. Then the .us version would be worth 10% of the .net. Not to say that your letters aren't nice, it's just, you should have probably spent the $60 on a nice 4 letter .com or a few .nets. IMO

Thanks for your thoughts, if you think they are worth that little its fine. If everyone else agrees with you thats fine too. I will be holding worthless domains until they are no longer deemed worthless by everyone else... :lol:

Apex is a word and a nice domain. If it was Apex.com it would have sold for at least 10x that.


bldg is an abbreviation for BUILDING.
