This seems a bit obvious to me but I think a bloggers resource site with information on setting up blogs, listings of blogs, articles, news, etc...
"The" tends to lend it's self to that subject's pinnacle or best of so it would imply "the" best blog info.

What about just a basic atricle system of blog systems and their features along with where the can download things like skins and whatnot for them.

Give people information on how to make thier own blogs, or show them how to maintain a blog.

It should be a website that explains what excatly a blog means, where the net slang "Blog" comes from, what not to put on a blog, ect.

Definitely a blog site and with the info extension so it should be for information. I think ablog.info would have been better
