Looking for a coder to go 50/50 With.

Since I don't have the money to hire someone to do a job I'm asking if any coder would like to take a part in a partnership in creating a project. I already have the domain, hosting, and design for website in mind, but I need a coder to help me out. My PHP skills are limited so maybe it could be a learning experience also.

If my website idea works then the person who helped me will get 50% of all profit coming in.

So if anyone if interested I will tell you my idea... but I need to be certain because my idea is very good.
