Need a cheap designer to help me a little...

I have three sites:

And what I need is a good designer who can tweak them a little, line the stuff up better, position the ads better, etc....I like my color schemes, content and basic layout but I know I am not the best designer and would like someone who knows what they're doing to improve them for me a little.

Please note, I do not have much money to spend...

Eager to hear price quotes on this project, and if this goes well for me I will probably need a designer for more projects in the future.

Honestly, low $XX and advertising exposure for designer...I am so broke I can't afford anything more than that...the sites are functioning fine so I don't have to do anything to them but I want to because I know they are not at their best...
