Need a banner and a new header for music site

You can see that the site http://lyricslist.com is composed of 'clouds'. I want to replace the top two 'clouds' with something a little more- well something else!

I also need a banner designed for this site.

I don't have much to spend on this, as the site is not making any money right now. I can paypal someone $10 for this. It shouldn't be more than an hours' work, so I think that this is fair. PM me or reply here. Also, you can write to me from the contact form at http://dotancohen.com.

I just looked at a sketch that was PM'ed to me and have this to add:

1) The header must 700-750 pixels wide, with a place that can repeat for wider screens. I'll worry about cutting up the image and making it repeat.
2) The place for the banner must allow for a slight oversizing of the banner, as the banner providers add their own logo below the banner. This size is not constant, as I sometimes switch providers.

Please put your links here in the forum, so that I can comment on them publicly. That will help everyone. Also, I have another site that needs the same work: http://technology-sleuth.com . Same deal: $10 by paypal for a header and a banner. I would prefer the same designer for each, because I have about 30 other sites that I want to give similar treatment to. So you can design for either.

Maybe should have posted in the design contest forum and picked the best design, i thought you meant you were looking for A designer to work with you on creating a banner.
