Thought what would "Nederlands" with ca extension be worth and then thought about its possible uses with "ca" extension ,but after reading your post i would say that if this domain is developed as you plan to do and marketed properly can get good traffic and worth to this domain,though i am not aware about the number of dutch speaking population in canada.thanks and all the best.


Edit:though dutch.ca would suit your idea better,my point is get a suitable idea for this domain and develop it if you have time,resources and attachment for this domain.

i think it would be better if you had "Netherlands" - english spelling
but since you were thinking dutch speaking forum then tis migt be god too
