Nice catchy name. I am sure it worth low xxx$ to mid xxx$. Develop it. There is lots of potential in this domain. It can be developed into a travel or tourism domain.

you could have people type in a address and give them the nearest beach

but people usally already know the nearest beach to their home

also sounds like a ton of work to develope

pehaps just clicking on a city and it gives the nearest beach

Many people in middle america call lakes beaches because the ocean is so far away. Keep that in mind when you develop. =)
