Bought this domain a few months ago and started working on a page for it. I know the design isn't great. I don't have time to work on it anymore.

Does the domain itself have any value?

I have very well google rankings and I have never done any site promotion

I've actually searched in the past for such a site. Do you have any idea on the traffic to the site? I'd imagine there should be some just with typeins.

I know fightsongs.com is developed as well as fightmusic.com, but other than that, I could not come up with any sites.

I'd say undeveloped the domain is worth in the high $xx range. Since, the site is developed right now (as is) I'd say you're looking at low $xxx. I think mid $xxx+ upon completion of all the fightsongs is not out of the question. I'd develop this one all the way.

Thank you. All my traffic is type in right now. About 15-20 hits a day. Not many but like I said.. I've never done anything for this site or done link exchanges or directory submissions or anything.

google search for "ncaa fight songs" and I'm the third hit. This is my biggest keyword search.Other keywords that bring hits are "college fight songs", "fight song lyrics"

But if you really think I can get mid xxx upon complete, I might just have to work on it. It took me a long time to get just the SEC and ACC pages up. Can't imagine how long th lyrics and other conferences would take.

Any other opinions?
