Please people don't be tempted by TM names. Yes their is a lot available in the .tv extension, but you are just setting yourselves up for a loss. It is not worth it! Plenty of descent names out there that have no TM issues.

Please understand that NBC is a trademark. If you do not think so you may want to consider ABCpoker and CBSpoker as they are available that way you will have cornered all three major television networks. Maybe they will even give you some stock in there companies. I do not mean to be harsh but better you hear it here then in a legal letter. Not everyone gets a cease and desist. Please rethink what you are doing and always check the online trademark search for live trademarks. People here are commenting here in an effort to help. Please take this as constructive critisim that only helps you.

You may have a trademark issue with DREAMWORKS SKG - people may think you are posing as Spielberg, Katzenberg or Geffen......
