Established NBA2k6.net - site with revenue!

Site is semi developed, site is there but could do with a little more content, very easy to add though, just basic html editing.

Some people may think this has tm issues, however i have emailed 2k sports asking for permission to use the domain for a fansite, this is their reponse:

Site hasnt been up long and only set up an adsense channel on the 6th of march, so heres the revenue since then:

Hits mainly come from search engines and type in traffic, ranked very highly in google and msn. Here are the stats:

(Website started sumtime in february).

I believe the domain is reg'd at namepros and has a decent good ammout of time left on it, so free push (possibly with free whois guard).

Payment via paypal or nochex.

Reason for selling: no time, need money.

Well let's look realistically, if the site makes just $1 per day, that is $30 per month. Applying the 10 month revenue rule in the appraisal, it is worth $300. If he received a BIN offer in this region I imagine he would be able to sell.
