low $xxx reselling-low/mid $x.xxx for the perfect end-user. .ly is brandable extension. Try it to some sites like Brandbucket, Brandpa, etc and who knows?

For sure is quite tough to sell this, but it's not unsellable in my honest opinion. At least, you have to search for active businesses with this name.

While this one would work out great for a personal website or a small business, the problem is that individuals and small businesses do not have big budgets for domains, and/or do not care much about domains. If an end-user can get nataly[lastname, blog, shop, etc.].[com or CCtld] for regfee they will probably chose this option.
