In other words, if i was an end-user with the name Nataly and .com was registered, i 'd prefer to buy yours for $2k than $10k the .com (example prices). By the way, the nataly (dot) com is active. Good news for you. Thanks Kite thats really encouraging, sure I'll wait for the perfect offer

For sure is quite tough to sell this, but it's not unsellable in my honest opinion. At least, you have to search for active businesses with this name.Never knows, thanks really for the good news![]()

This is a decent domain hack and I am sure you can sell it. I'm not so optimistic about the price level. No ofcourse, I think any nice lady named Nataly will like to have this domain for her personal or business use, what you think?
While this one would work out great for a personal website or a small business, the problem is that individuals and small businesses do not have big budgets for domains, and/or do not care much about domains. If an end-user can get nataly[lastname, blog, shop, etc.].[com or CCtld] for regfee they will probably chose this option. In other words, if i was an end-user with the name Nataly and .com was registered, i 'd prefer to buy yours for $2k than $10k the .com (example prices). I agree, it could touch low 4 figures only for the absolutely perfect buyer. Your range seems to be right. This is a decent domain hack and I am sure you can sell it. I'm not so optimistic about the price level.

IMO $xx - low $xxx sounds more realistically.
