This is a local agent who would use it for their organization. Looks like OhioFirst sold earlier this year for $4000.

I would suggest that you DM some of the members on here for your appraisal rather than continuing this thread. As you know Google indexes NPs almost immediately.

It's great to get an appraisal, I do it here all the time but if somebody is actually negotiating a deal with you and then they see someone appraise the name at whatever value, then that could hurt the deal.

I think you should edit ur domain... make it something like:
NashvilleFirst(dot)com or N/a/s/h/v/i/l/le/F/i/r/s/t/.com

If you leave ur domain as it is now then once this thread gets indexed (Google loves NP so threads get indexed and ranked pretty fast) if the potential buyer Google's the domain then he will no doubt see the thread.
