NameSilo got it all sorted pretty quickly. As @algofox suggested I probably jumped to conclusions.
I was invoiced for both domains, but only one showed up (other showed as failed).

I emailed them and they got it sorted right away (said it was something to do with .org TLD.

Hmm,... Might suggest you to wait sometime, and not jump to conclusions ; )
