Nameserver typos?

Whilst doing a few routine searches on domaintools, I chanced upon an interesting piece of information which got me thinking about something...

Basically, I mistyped a nameserver (ns1.sedoparking.com) into the nameserver spy and it told me to try the registrant of that name for more information, which turned out to be a well known oversee.net parking company owned domain.

Basically, one parking provider is sitting on a typo of another one's nameservers...

this got me thinking, is there a way to get traffic from people mistyping in nameserver details when they configure their domain?

i.e.

somebody goes to add nameservers to a name they wish to park. Accidentally, instead of adding the dns as ns1.fastpark.net for namedrive etc, they enter ns1.fsatpark.net

My question is, if you were to register the typo, in this case, fsatpark.net, would you be able to redirect the traffic from the incorrectly configured domain to your own?
Hypothetically, of course
