Namescout.com registrar transfer?

has anyone ever used these guys? and If so how do I send a domain from one master account to another?

I'm waiting for a response but the buyer doesn't have a lot of time and I need to know asap.

aaaw...namescout are a bit of a nightmare when i used them. Any names i get from Pool seem to be regged there lol

i think you have to get email support i seem to remember
