NamesCon Global Conference: The Big Question

I created this post to get comments from all veterans, Experts and namePros™ community to evaluate the possibilities of this Global conference in Africa.
Is it something domainers should look forward to ?.

With the NamesCon Conferences held annually, any chance that sometimes in the nearest future, Africans can host such events ? And what country has the most odds and why .

Can everyone please express their views and let's see what we all think about this...

Right now I'm just wondering what is going on with the their main conference. A very poor transition to Austin so far.

In general I love travel and I love domains. If the two get to line up I'll go pretty much anywhere to mix the two.... with or without NamesCon organizing.
