NamePros - Quick Register mod?

What mod do you guys use for the Quick Register box on the home page?
I'd like to add something like that to my small forum

P.S They wont sell it to you I've tired to buy some mods from them with a xxx offer and no.

The register mod is quite simple to make, however there are around 50 of them on vbulletin.org and vbulletinhacks.com -- use the search function, they are all over the place.
