Hey, domain sellers! 👋

We have a special surprise for you.

Continuing from last year (and last week), we have some exciting updates to share with you about NamePros Parking Landers!

First, consider this:

You price your domain name at $2,500. For years, hundreds of interested buyers want to buy it, but the price is too high for them. They don't even try to contact you because they don't realize that the price is negotiable or may change. Years later, you decide to lower the price to $995. How many previously-interested buyers would buy it at this lowered price? You’d never know — until now!

With our new Buy Now options, you can finally contact those previous buyers to increase your sales opportunities. 💸

Here’s how:

Our landers have an option that requires buyers to confirm their email address before they can see the price. Once confirmed, the price is available to them and their email address is available to you. Simple and effective. Learn more on DNW.com.

There isnt an only MO price option to keep for the Domain
This is the default option when you don't set a price (BIN).

Here's an example: https://makeinquiry.com

Its confusing the Account Minimum Offer & the Individual Domain Minimum Offer .
Inheritance can be a confusing concept, but it's also a very powerful tool once you learn how it works. It can save you a lot of time.

You can think of the account settings as the default settings. Your account settings are the defaults for all of your domains; they'll be used unless you change them on specific domains. If you uncheck "Use account setting for this domain" on a specific domain name, then it will override your account's default setting.

For example, you can set an account minimum offer to $100 so that all of your domains have this as their default, and then you can change the minimum offer on a handful of your best domains to $1000 minimum offer. If you have hundreds of domains, this can save a lot of time. Alternatively, you can use our Export/Import functionality to set the minimum offer on hundreds of domains quickly and easily.

if i change the account Minimum offer to 0 and save it it still shows $12000 which was the M.Offer i kept for one of my domains.
In your example, it sounds like you need to put a checkmark in the "Use account setting for this domain" option on those specific domains if you want it to revert back to your account's default setting.

But i Changed that Domains price to BIN still if i change Account M.offer to 0 and save it again shows $12000 when i visit the account Price settings again .
Are you trying to set the minimum offer to be equal to the BIN using the "Use percentage of buy-now price when available" setting?

Please show us screenshots of your settings, and we'll be happy to help you. 😊

if i set example MothMedia.com to Minimum offer $12000 , then the account Minimum Offer is also changing to $12000 even if i re-set it again to $100 and save it. when i visit the settings again it shows $12000 which was the Minimum offer for MothMedia.com . I Know how its supposed to work but its not working how its Supposed to Work 🤷‍♂️

i got a $10 Offer for a Domain which had BIN . now after the Buyer Verifies the Email , he shouldnt be presented with MO option Just the BIN Price.

The best way to prevent that is to set a minimum offer to be a percentage of your BIN, such as 100% of your BIN to automatically reject all offers below your BIN.

after the Buyer Verifies the Email , he shouldnt be presented with MO option Just the BIN Price.
Later this week, there will be an option to disable MO on priced domains. 😊

Could you create a video to show us? There's probably something about our interface that is causing confusion, and we'd like to fix it.

In my testing, when I change the minimum offer of MinOfferRequired.com, it does not change the minimum offer on my account settings.

Which browser do you use? Maybe there is a difference there.

See updated post.

Found it. The problem is that it's seemingly not saving when "$0" is entered. We'll get that fixed ASAP.

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.

⚠️ With providers that send emails on your behalf:

You actually do have to worry about this, and it's even worse because if someone else abuses their platform and gets it blacklisted, it'll also affect your domain sales and deliverability. Their entire platform and all of its users are dependent on the behavior of all other users.

⚠️
Many other domain landers have had issues with this to the point that even their sellers aren't getting emails about offers because the platform's emails are going to spam or being blocked entirely.

🛡️ Our platform doesn't experience any of those issues because everyone uses their own email accounts. As long as you use a reliable email provider (e.g., Google) and don't "generate or facilitate unsolicited bulk commercial emails," then you won't have to worry about deliverability issues at all.

Our "Mark as Unreachable" feature is a bonus in case you have doubts about your own deliverability:
  • Reach Unreachable Buyers: Contact buyers with one-click using proven deliverability and reachability to request that they email you and add your email address to their email's address book and allowlist, by using our "Mark as Unreachable" button.
I think an integrated Instant Messaging option is the way to go, so it doesn't touch email at all (then you avoid those issues). And set it to email the user whenever a new IM is received. Keep it all on-platform like good ol' Dan.

I agree, I hope that this is something which can be implemented here. I also believe that the most serious of buyers will commicate that way.

I agree too. That sounds like the best option by a mile!

The problem is that it's seemingly not saving when "$0" is entered.
Just an update that the value is actually being saved when you enter $0, but it still shows the old value on refresh. Your landers will use the value $0 that you entered, though, despite the interface showing the previous value.

Since this is just a visual issue (the functionality still works), the fix for it will be released with the rest of our updates later this week.

Thanks again for reporting it, @Eagle Domains.

Buttons pressed by the visitor, such as "Start conversation."

This week, we're upgrading Intent to include "Show price" and others, as well.

Lots of highly-requested features coming very soon! 😊

I'd like to see Intent: Committed To Buy-Now instead of Intent: Buy-now

If every unique lead who clicked Buy Now actually followed through and paid I'd have paid the remainder of mortgage off by now! :xf.grin:

Seriously though, I believe that "commit" would give it some legal teeth... just in case.

Our upcoming qualification (aka screening questions and requirements) feature will help with this a lot. It'll be optional.

One major, major, marketplace believes that mandating GoDaddy account creation during lead qualification effectively identifies serious prospects. Are you considering implementing the GoDaddy account requirement for NPP as well, with a proposed start date of April 1st, to evaluate its potential impact on lead quality? 🥹

Are you considering implementing the GoDaddy account requirement for NPP as well
Absolutely not. 😅

Just requiring the buyer to provide additional details that allows us to qualify them on the sellers behalf.

It'll be optional; we only recommend enabling it on domains that need it.

@Bravo Mod Team If a Domain has a MO $2499 and the Buyer offers the same ,and if i am Fine with the offer , there show be a Option which says " Reject Offer " / " Accept Offer" then we close the deal through Escrow /the selected payment method .

why does MO Enquiries only end with an Email?

Thank you for this suggestion. We can certainly add this if you think it will be helpful.

Here's how it currently works:

The best thing to do in that scenario is to update the buy-now price on the domain to accept their offer, and then let them know to visit their inquiry link to take advantage of the new price. You can even send them the inquiry link for them to checkout, which is included in all emails to the buyer and to the seller.

The primary goal of our landers is to connect the buyer and seller so they have maximum flexibility and can make a deal that works for both sides. 😊

That's a great idea; we should add a convenient button there for it, too.

The "Send to email" button will send the inquiry to you (the seller), which does include the link.

Here's the button in the seller's email:

Here's the button in the buyer's email:

They link to the same place, so either works.

Once you visit either of these links, you'll see this:

Screenshot 2025-04-01 at 8.00.16 AM.png

The link that you want to send to buyers is the "Continue as buyer" one.

We'll add a button to the inquiry page for this next to "Send to email"; that'll make it easier to use.

Thanks for this idea, @Eagle Domains! 😊
